Infrared hot yoga offers benefits like
enhanced flexibility and detoxificationthrough deeper muscle warming and sweat. It also improves circulation, boosts cardiovascular health, and helps reduce stress and increase mental clarity. The gentle, penetrating heat from infrared panels can also provide pain relief from chronic conditions like arthritis and soreness.
Physical benefits
Increased flexibility: The deep-penetrating infrared heat warms muscles and connective tissues, allowing them to relax and stretch more easily, which can improve your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.
Detoxification: Infrared heat promotes a deeper sweat, which is a natural way for the body to flush out toxins.
Improved circulation: The heat helps increase blood flow, which boosts cardiovascular health and aids in muscle recovery.
Pain relief: The heat can help reduce chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and relieve stiffness in joints, which is beneficial for conditions like arthritis and muscle soreness.
Calorie burning: The elevated heart rate from the heat can increase the number of calories burned during the practice.
Mental and emotional benefits
Stress reduction: The soothing warmth of infrared heat can activate the body's parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and a sense of calm.
Mental clarity: The combination of physical activity and gentle heat can help calm the mind, increase focus, and lead to greater mental clarity after a session.

WHY WE PRACTICE YOGA
Yoga is a path to our more mindful selves. It allows us to be better
individuals for all layers of our lives. Yoga provides a sharp and
unencumbered mind for work and business, while also acting as a great
stress reliever from the natural pressures of life. In short, YOGA
improves all areas of LIFE, AND IT should be considered a practice for life.
THE ART OF ASHTANGA
The Ashtanga Primary Series follows a specific sequence of postures
(asanas) that include Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), standing poses,
seated forward bends, twists, and inversions, all linked with deep,
rhythmic breathing (Ujjayi breath). Typically practiced without a teacher’s
continuous guidance, this self-led practice gradually becomes a journey
toward the inner dimensions of yoga: Pratyahara (sense withdrawal),
Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (absorption).
THE ART OF POWER
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together
with breath in a CONTINUOUS, flowing sequence. It is unique for the variety if offers. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on students and teacher.
THE ART OF MEDITATION
Yin Yoga and Meditation offer a deep opening for the body, mind, and soul. Perfect for anyone, but especially those dealing with hip, back, and joint issues.
THE ART OF TRADITION
A unique blend of Ashtanga, Bikram, yoga sutras, Pranayama and martial
arts. Uniting the strengths of Ashtanga, Bikram, the yoga sutras and
elements of the martial arts is a potent combination. Take a class and
see why.
